Our unique chestnut honey is harvested only between the months of June and July in the Dordogne region of France.
It is described by its beekeeper as a “suave”honey bursting with aromatic flavours. The chestnut aroma is overwhelming and delightful and it has a beautiful amber colour.
It's not just a sweet honey, it is a very fine honey that can be used in cooking! Its favours will transform a basic chocolate mousse into a fine dining experience!
