Due to an influx in online orders across the country combined with health and safety measures in the work place, Royal Mail is experiencing some significant delays in their delivery times.
Royal Mail are currently unable to guarantee delivery times for first and second class deliveries. However, first class deliveries are likely to arrive sooner. Therefore we will only review refunds and replacements after a 20 day term.
Delivery via UPS is our quickest delivery option, and they experience very small delays. If UPS deliveries have not been fulfilled within 10 working days, we will review refunds and replacements.
We will review this situation with Royal Mail and UPS on a regular basis.
