Our fastest shipping option is with UPS. They have been incredibly reliable during lockdown. You will be provided a tracking link that will allow you to follow your package from start to finish. 

Parcels usually reach their destination within one day.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

You have two options: 

• A few days after you have placed your order, you will receive a review request by e-mail. Sometimes, it gets stuck in the junk box. All you have to do is follow the instructions. 

Or

• Simply go to the page of the product that you want to review, scroll all the way down and you will find a review section that you can fill in.

Yes, you can!

Click on the Gift section and you will see a title that says: Personalise your hamper". This section will allow you to create a hamper with minimum of 3 products.

• You can choose the box: basic, eco or wood.
• You can have a mix of products: artisan food & plastic-free products.
• You can leave a message for us and we will write it on a postcard on your behalf. 

Unfortunately we don't deliver outside the UK.

This option is under our radar and we will inform our customers as soon as it happens.

To get FREE delivery you need to:

• spend a minimum of £35 on the eco store. (ie plastic free items, natural cleaning products, natural beauty products, eco sponges, brushes etc etc..)

or

• buy a pre-made food hamper: all our pre-made food hampers are sent via UPS with tracking.
